Infused vinegars are beautiful, and functional. Use in dressings, on just cooked foods, to make sauces and reductions, there is even a vinegar used in a refreshing drink, and it does not stop there. Some infused vinegars can be used to clean your house; as an astringent on your face; as a rinse in your hair, and to soften and scent your clothes washing.
Students need to bring a class container of 8-16 oz. with a non-metal closure. The Herb Lady supplies herbs and other ingredients. However, feel free to bring any special food, edible flower or herb you wish to try. Make sure they have not been treated with chemicals.
